Gloucestershire-based 10 Yetis PR Agency has been appointed by the team behind Squawka, a soon to be launched sports TV companion app.

Squaka will be free to use and initially be aimed at football fans, providing them with playing statistics, information and social media integration.

10 Yetis will handle its UK launch to consumer, football and technology media and pre and post-launch PR activity as well as raise awareness of the capabilities of the Squawka Player Ratings Algorithm.

This ties in with the launch of 10 Yetis’ sister company, A Social Media Agency, which will aim to build a Squawka community on Twitter and Facebook in the run up to the app launch, during the launch and afterwards.

The new sister agency focuses on six main areas: social media strategy, social media training and management, social media tools and technical support, online reputation management, social media advertising and social media for search engine optimisation.
