The Scott Partnership has launched a corporate communications practice.

The global business-to-business PR and marketing communications consultancy has appointed Pat McLaren as corporate communications director to lead the division.

McLaren will lead services including investor relations, crisis communication and issues management. She will be working in a multifunctional capacity, offering expertise in both corporate communications and healthcare.

Before joining The Scott Partnership, McLaren directed communications for global organisations, major investment banks, oil companies and food & drinks. Her expertise in healthcare was honed during her three years spent heading communications and marketing at Alder Hey Children’s Hospital.

This expansion follows The Scott Partnership’s opening of offices in North America and China last year.
