Patrick Holland to take on BBC Two editor role
The BBC has appointed Patrick Holland to the newly-created post of BBC Two editor, a role he will start in mid-August. Holland has been head of documentaries since 2015, leading one of the biggest commissioning teams at the BBC and overseeing a range of output across all channels.
The BBC Two editor post was created following a recent strategic reorganisation at the BBC, which saw Charlotte Moore appointed as controller of TV channels and iPlayer.
