CIPR awards Matt McKenna & Sarah Townsend with fellowships
The Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) has announced two new fellowships awards to Matt McKenna and Sarah Townsend, both co-managing directors from McKenna Townsend PR, a PR consultancy in Dorset and Hampshire.
The award recognises and celebrates their work in the public relations profession and service to the Institute. It’s the highest membership grade of the CIPR.
A total of eight new Fellowships awards were made to PR professionals around the UK. CIPR Fellows play an important role in promoting professionalism and best practice in the field of public relations and contribute to the life of the institute.
Matt and Sarah are big advocates of the CIPR, seeing it as an integral part of the PR industry. Both former chairs of the Wessex CIPR, Matt and Sarah have attended and organised numerous training courses and events for CIPR members.
