PR agency CubanEight has been appointed by customer engagement solution provider Rant & Rave to handle its PR.

The brief will see CubanEight raise awareness of Rant & Rave, building the brand to become synonymous with customer engagement across all levels of a business, through building credibility, news announcements, features, media briefings, case studies and award submissions. 

The Rant & Rave team will be headed up by managing director Sian Gaskell and senior account manager Siobhan Eyres.
