Editorial reshuffle at NewBay Media
NewBay Media has made a number of editorial appointments across its video games portfolio.
Seth Barton is now Editor of MCV following Chris Dring‘s move to GamesIndustry.biz. In addition, Alex Calvin has been promoted to Deputy Editor having previously served as Senior Staff Writer.
Meanwhile on Develop, Jem Alexander is now Editor, working alongside recently appointed Deputy Editor Sean Cleaver.
Also in Newbay’s games division, eSports Pro will launch in November. The website will deliver news, analysis, and interviews from the eSports industry.
