Future plc acquires Imagine Publishing
Future has agreed terms to acquire Miura (Holdings) Ltd, the holding and ultimate parent company of Imagine Publishing Limited. This follows Future’s acquisition of Noble House Media in April and Blaze Publishing’s magazines, websites and events in May.
Imagine was formed in 2005 and has grown to produce a portfolio of 190 periodical magazines and 300 bookazines across games, tech, creative, history and science.
