IIR Exhibitions, part of Informa, has announced the acquisition of Quartz Publishing & Exhibitions from owners Keith Harris and Paul Michael.

The Quartz Publishing & Exhibitions portfolio consists of IMHX, an exhibition co-owned with the British Industrial Truck Association, Storage Handling & Distribution publication, the Temperature Controlled Storage & Distribution (TCS&D) Exhibition, (incorporating the Frozen and Chilled Foods (F&CF) Show), a joint venture with Sherwin Publications Ltd, as well as the Solids & Bulk Handling publication.

The portfolio will join existing Informa products including the TOC Container Supply Chain global series, Intermodal Europe exhibition, RORO Conference and Exhibition and Lloyd’s List Containerisation International, Cargo Systems and IFW publications.
