PCC to open food and drink division led by Bruce Palling
Perowne Charles Communications (PCC) has welcomed Bruce Palling to set up the consultancy’s food and drink division.
Palling will lead PCC’s account team representing well-known food and drinks brands, Michelin-star chefs as well as new launches, with clients including Epicure at Le Bristol Paris and Aziamendi at Iniala Beach House in Phuket.
The former Wall Street Journal Europe food columnist is a passionate food and wine lover, who has also been writing about restaurants, world-class chefs and eating and drinking trends for more than 20 years.
