Reach plc to launch seven regional news websites
Reach plc is set to launch at least seven regional news websites in 2020. The websites will be under Reach’s ‘Live’ branding covering Sunderland, County Durham, Sheffield, North Yorkshire, Bradford, Newport and Bolton. The Live model splits the digital news operation from the print one in regions where the publisher already has a print presence. It is expected that the first launches will begin in February 2020.
