Redwood reshapes board
Strategic content agency Redwood has announced key changes to its management board to drive future growth and reflect the changing shape of its business.
Four of its senior members: Sara Cremer, Nicki Hill, Paul Kurzeja and Clare Hersey have been promoted, and a new digital services team has been established to strengthen online strategy, headed by digital services director Jonathan Richards.
Redwood’s editorial director of four years Sara Cremer has been promoted to managing director. She will continue to drive content development across platforms, and will also take on overall responsibility for the Barclays account and the newly established digital services team.
Former board account director Nicki Hill will take on the role of managing director of retail and business development. Hill will build on Redwood's international experience, working with over 70 countries to promote its offering in new markets.
Paul Kurzeja is promoted to executive creative director in recognition of the role he has played in driving Redwood's digital development. He will be a key figure in the development of Redwood's digital and video businesses. Clare Hersey also joins as board account director, heading up the Virgin Media and Boots accounts.
