Splendid Communications has promoted Niki Hunter-Ekins, previously operations director, to managing director & head of client partnerships 11 years after joining the company.

In her role, Hunter-Ekins will head up all senior client partnerships within the business and will be responsible for the company’s annual performance.

Alec Samways, previously CEO & managing partner at Splendid, will now take up the role of CEO & head of creative strategy. He will be responsible for the development of agency and client strategies.
