Spreckley Partners has been appointed by public sector payment collection and card services company allpay.

The agency will join allpay's marketing team to raise awareness of its payments and card services businesses across national and public sector trade media. Spreckley will also be delivering a media relations and thought leadership programme for the company.

allpay provides payment collection services for the UK public sector, primarily for housing associations and local authorities.
