The Construction Index has appointed Will Mann as editor in chief.

Mann joins The Construction Index after a stint with Interserve Construction. He has over 12 years’ experience as a business journalist and spent nine years at Contract Journal. He previously worked for The Construction Index on a freelance basis in 2010. Phil Bishop will remain as editor.
