UKTV Gardens website www.uktvgardens.co.uk will close at the end of the month.
TV channels UKTV Gardens and UKTV Style will be combined and relaunched as Home.
Most of the content on www.uktvgardens.co.uk will be moved over to the new site, which will have the URL www.lovehome.co.uk
