W Communications has been appointed by health-tech platform Cera as its retained PR agency.

W’s brief is to position Cera among consumer audiences as the leading provider of fast, reliable, transparent and safe social care.

The agency will also support Cera on a number of strategic partnerships with retailers, councils, hospital and technology companies, and boost its visibility among investor, healthcare and tech audiences.

Cera is a health-tech platform which enables family members to book carers for elderly relatives on demand. The platform, which is regulated by the CQC, uses technology to match, assign and deliver carers to clients within four hours.
