Wildfire, an independent tech PR agency based in Kingston-Upon-Thames, has restructured in an aim to ramp up growth in 2016.

Board director Debby Penton takes up the position of managing director and, with it, the day-to-day management of the agency, while Richard Parker, founder and former managing director, assumes the role of CEO.

Penton will head up Wildfire’s senior management team, which includes original founder of Wildfire PR Lorraine Jenkins, David Marsden, Andrew Shephard and Paula Fifield.

The team will be bolstered by the promotion of Louise Andrews and Chris King to associate director. They have both been with the agency for ten years.
