Andrew Osborn named Moscow correspondent at Telegraph

Andrew Osborn has been named as the Telegraph’s new Moscow correspondent.

Andrew Osborn was previously Moscow correspondent for the Wall Street Journal and was amongst a reporting team shortlisted for the Pulitzer prize last year.

Osborn will replace Adrian Blomfield who is moving to Jerusalem to become Middle East correspondent for the Telegraph. He will replace Tim Butcher who is leaving the group.
