Archant to move newspaper production to Norwich

Archant will be moving subbing and production of 25 titles to a single extended production unit in Norwich.

Editorial page production for London, Kent and Herts & Cambs publications is currently carried out in Ilford, Ashford, Stevenage, St Albans, Welwyn and Huntingdon. The titles that will move to Norwich will include the Ham & High, Newham Recorder and the Kent on Sunday.

A total of 24 editorial production staff across the London, Kent and Herts & Cambs business units will be at risk of redundancy, although eleven new roles will be created.
