Arena relaunches

Emap has relaunched Arena, with the first issue of the redesigned magazine going on sale on 31 October and featuring David Beckham on the cover.

New sections include Intelligence, which covers topical subjects such as terrorism, politics, pornography, club-hopping and Handbook, a guide to what to buy, for the wardrobe, kitchen or garage. Other new sections include the Review section which will look at both high and low culture and the Life section, dedicated to surviving, or escaping, the concrete jungle.

Editor, Giles Hattersley, said: “The new ARENA is the authoritative monthly bible that arms its readers with the both sharpest looks and opinions. It will resonate with and reflect the lifestyles of young men today the – ‘me-generation’ – who earn more, dress better, party harder and are better educated than at any other time in history.”
