Property People Focus has won an international business journalism award for its news & views section.

The ‘Honorable Mention’ award in the news category of the Tabbies 2008 awards was granted based on the November and December 2007 issues of the magazine. Presented by Trade Association and Business Publications International (TABPI), this fifth-year editorial and design competition is organized for English language publications around the world, published at least quarterly.

The news & views section of Property People Focus includes written items (c200 to 500 words), picture stories and ‘movers’.

Aura Hargreaves, editor of Property People, said: “Creating Property People is great fun, and it is even more rewarding that the magazine is recognized internationally for high quality journalism.”

Property People Focus is the complementary monthly magazine to website Property People Portal, www.ppmagazine.co.uk. The two B2B publications cover residential property investment, development and management and are published by Property People JV Ltd.
