Business editor retires from Torquay daily
Herald Express business editor, Keith Perry, has retired after 47 years in journalism.
Perry edited the food and drink section as well as the business pages, and he was also deputy head of production at the daily newspaper.
He has been deputy editor of the Hull Daily Mail, edited magazines and special publications in the Hull area and became editor of Yorkshire Regional Newspapers in 1997.
He returned to South Devon in 2001 as editorial manager of Devon and Cornwall Newspapers and Teignmouth and Dawlish Newspapers.
A replacement for the business editor role has not been announced. All business news should be directed to the news editor, Ellen Grindley.
