Capella PR has been appointed by gay and lesbian executive networking group OUTstanding in Business to support them in raising awareness of LGBT diversity in British boardrooms.

As part of its campaign, Capella will be targeting national business and trade writers with news stories, thought pieces and strategic research, as well as focusing on social media channels, to encourage debate around the issue.

The first part of the project will be a launch of the Top 50 most inspiring LGBT senior business executives, published as part of a dedicated supplement in the Financial Times in October.
