Changes at Evening Standard

The Evening Standard has recruited Tim Ross as education correspondent.

Ross, who joins on July 7, was previously at the Press Association. He replaces Dominic Hayes, who leaves on July 4 to travel.

Danny Brierley recently joined the Standard as a news reporter. He was previously assistant editor at the Croydon Guardian, where no replacement has yet been announced. Andrew Parkes remains group editor.
