Haymarket’s What Car? magazine has a fresh look and an updated editorial line-up. Steve Fowler is now editor-in-chief, with Jim Holder taking over his editor role. Holder has previously held the position of deputy editor at both whatcar.com and autocar.co.uk. Stephen Hopkins has been appointed art editor. The car buyer’s guide debuts its redesign at the end of July.
