The editor of Asians in Media, Sunny Hundal, has announced that the publication will take a short break over the Christmas period.

The title will resume publication in the second week of January next year, and will continue in a stripped down format, aiming to provide a kind of newswire service along with events and jobs listings.

Asians in Media currently exists as a website and weekly email newsletter providing news on Asians in the media industry and exploring how British media relates to Asians in the UK. It aims to promote further diversity in British media and disseminate useful information to those looking to get into the media.
