Optician has appointed Mike Hale as content manager.

Hale will be responsible for commissioning, writing and managing Optician features as well as up-loading information to the website for continuing education and training.

Hale joins the Reed Business Information weekly magazine from SPC (Soap, Perfumery and Cosmetics) where he was previously assistant editor.

Optician covers news, views and comments aimed at optometrists, dispensing opticians and optical manufacturers.
