Dynamo to lead PR for SwiftKey
Dynamo has been appointed by TouchType Ltd., the London-based technology company behind Android application SwiftKey.
SwiftKey, a keyboard for Android smartphones and tablets, uses the company’s patented natural language Fluency Engine technology to learn a user’s writing style, correcting and predicting their text input with unrivalled accuracy. SwiftKey reduces keystrokes, and speeds up text entry on smartphones, tablets, and other devices.
Dynamo is now working closely with the executive team to develop the company’s brands, lead on strategy for world-wide PR and communications activities, as well as executing consumer, corporate and social PR throughout Europe.
Paul Cockerton, MD, operations of Dynamo, said: “SwiftKey have already created quite a stir amongst the Android community, from handset manufacturers down to phone users describing their keyboard as almost telepathic. Dynamo will use traditional, digital and social PR methods to amplify and extend existing activities, focusing on significantly increasing downloads of SwiftKey by building awareness within consumers as well as OEMs.”
