EMPRA to handle The Sunday Times Festival of Education
The Sunday Times Festival of Education has appointed EMPRA to handle the two-day national education event.
Held at Wellington College in Berkshire from 20-21 June, the festival hosts speakers from education, politics, academia and cultural life. This year's speakers include Ofsted schools inspectorate chief Sir Michael Wilshaw, Labour politician David Blunkett, Educating Yorkshire star Jonny Mitchell, children's TV personality Johnny Ball and historian Dr David Starkey.
Empra's clients span secondaries, academies, free schools, Further Education, skills providers and universities.
Managing director Ruth Sparkes said: "This is the biggest and glitziest event of the education year and we're delighted to have been handed the task of ensuring that the 2014 festival is another huge success. What particularly attracts us is that it's not just for 'experts'. It draws a fantastically wide audience – teachers, parents, students, and anyone who's interested in education."
