Engadget editor-in-chief departs

Engadget’s editor-in-chief Joshua Topolsky is leaving the online magazine.

Until a replacement is found Josh Fruhlinger, the editorial director, will be taking on a bigger role in the day-to-day running of the website.

Topolsky will remain in the ‘news business’ but wishes to take on new challenges. He will however remain involved with Engadget as an editor-at-large, advising and directing editorial where necessary, and will also continue to host episodes of the Engadget show. He can be contacted at joshuatopolsky@gmail.com.

Engadget is a web magazine with obsessive daily coverage of everything new in gadgets and consumer electronics.
