Financial Times staff changes

Robert Orr is now editor of special reports, succeeding Simon Targett who is leaving to join Boston Consulting Group. Bryce Elder has replaced Orr as markets reporter.

Ben Fenton, media correspondent, has been promoted to chief media correspondent. Fenton will cover media in the UK and continental Europe.

Fred Studemann, currently Europe news editor on the World desk, has been appointed analysis editor. Studemann, who is expected to start his new role in August, will replace Charles Clover. Clover is to become Moscow bureau chief.
