Fire PR has appointed ex-journalist Danny Brogan as editorial manager.
The role has been newly created to bolster the company’s skill set and offering to clients, as it enables the PR team to focus their efforts on client service, delivery & proactive media relations. There has also been a growing demand from clients for content that can work equally well through both traditional & emerging channels.
Danny Brogan joined Fire PR at the end of August from Mobile Choice, where he was reviews editor. He has had work published in a variety of genres such as entertainment, sport, food & consumer tech.
He now works across Fire PR’s client base (tech and non-tech), and works closely with MD Stu Campbell, building an editorial & creative content team, which he will be leading.
This team will focus on offering value-added, editorially-driven services to clients such as newsletters, web copy, white papers, speeches, articles & in-house publishing. Brogan will start the recruitment process for a junior writer to join his team later in the year.
