The Foundry has strengthened its digital marketing resources by making appointments and launching services.

Barrie Moran and John Heffernan have been appointed as digital strategy director and digital marketing sales director respectively. In addition, a stronger research and planning function is led by ex-McCann strategist Julie Neilson.

The Foundry hopes to increase its global reach through virtual offices in Scotland and the Midlands, plus additional affiliate offices in Europe, the US and Asia. The agency’s presence at world marketing events and in the trade press will receive a boost, with support staff being recruited.

Foundry online media starts with several new clients and its enhanced offerings encompass conversations, content, search and social.
