Kate Mackenzie, previously interactive editor at the Financial Times, has been appointed online energy editor.

She will be writing on all aspects of the subject and will be leading an expansion of the FT’s online energy coverage, together with its other energy writers.

Prior to becoming interactive editor, Mackenzie was a UK Companies reporter specialising in technology, media and telecoms.
