FT Weekend aims to be simply the best

The Financial Times (FT) is to launch a marketing campaign promoting the FT Weekend edition.

Commuters, business travellers and affluent residents of North London and Buckinghamshire will be targeted with a booklet featuring material compiled from FT Weekend’s popular columnists.

The booklet, entitled “Best of FT Weekend” will be handed out to commuters at selected London venues from 11 July. It will also be included in the “Limited Edition” magazine, which is distributed to key postcodes in the North London area.

The booklet will include vouchers and a special subscription offer for the FT and FT Weekend.

The FT relaunched its Saturday edition as FT Weekend in April 2008.
