The editorial team at What Car? has been reshuffled following the appointment of Chas Hallett as editor-in-chief.

John McIlroy now works as editor, Emma Butcher is consumer editor, deputy web editor is Leo Wilkinson, Steve Huntingford is new cars editor, and Will Nightingale is the road tester.

McIlroy moves from Haymarket’s sister motoring title Autocar, and has also previously worked at Motorsport News and Autosport.
