Future Publishing is to shift some of its US operations to the UK as it plans to make a third of its US-based staff redundant.

The move is part of Future’s wider plans for a digital transition in its publishing.

Print support functions, such as marketing and production, will be moved back to the UK as part of the move.

Also editorial leadership for Future’s international print brands in the US will be centralised in the UK.
