Group editor Kevin MacDermot has now left Gazette Group Newspapers.

Editor Cormac Curtis has succeeded MacDermot.

The newspaper group, of which The Irish Times is the majority shareholder, consists of eight free weekly newspapers serving the Dublin area: Clondalkin Gazette, Dundrum Gazette, Castleknock Gazette, Malahide Gazette, Swords Gazette, Dun Laoghaire Gazette, Blanchardstown Gazette and Lucan Gazette.
