Hugo Duncan to join Daily Mail
Hugo Duncan, City correspondent at the London Evening Standard, will join the Daily Mail’s City desk in September.
Duncan has been a City correspondent at the Standard since 2008 and writes a daily column on events in the capital’s financial district.
