McCann Birmingham appoints Jon Marchant

McCann Birmingham has appointed Jon Marchant as board director. 

Marchant joined the agency earlier this month as managing partner, and will lead a selection of the agency’s key accounts including Chevrolet, E-Lites, Accolade, Cott Beverages and Stanley.

The appointment supports the rebrand of McCann’s advertising division to McCann 360, which reflects its increased focus on integration. Existing board directors Paul Dean and June Hall will also take on the roles of managing partners, each spearheading specialist teams; retail, education, recruitment and property and brand.

McCann Worldgroup is a global marketing company with 23,000 employees in more than 120 countries. It is also the third year running that the company have sponsored Aston Business School, helping students showcase their creativity for clients Vauxhall.
