William Reed’s Meat Trades Journal has appointed Jenny Butler as a reporter.

Butler joined a month ago, replacing former reporter Chloe Smith.

This is Butler’s first role, after studying an NCTJ at Brighton and Hove College, and her position involves a number of roles, including doing most of the EQ section of both magazines and some features.
