As part of the brief, the creative engagement agency is launching "Cinque 5 Ingredient Challenge", the first fully integrated user generated content campaign for the brand.
The multi-platform challenge embraces the idea of simple cooking by asking users to share their best recipe that uses just five ingredients or less, one of which must be Sacla’ Pesto, for the chance to win prizes such as a holiday for two in Italy. Media Bounty will use this spirit of simplicity to increase penetration, by driving awareness of the many uses for Pesto.
Consumers can enter their recipe image via the app on Facebook, or via Twitter and Instagram using the hashtag #SaclaCinque. This campaign is being featured on-pack and supported in store with point of sale and recipe cards. Media competitions and Facebook advertising will be used to drive traffic to the app, while a campaign hub at Sacla.co.uk will feature additional engaging content.
