Noir, a free fashion and lifestyle magazine, will launch in early 2009.

The monthly title will initially be distributed in the affluent areas of Chigwell, South Woodford, Loughton, Buckhurst Hill and Epping to a targeted readership of women with a high disposable income.

The coming launch will include reviews of beauty products, restaurants, property and local life, as well as separate sections headed ‘Noir Men’ and ‘Noir Junior’.

The editorial and advertising team are currently seeking content for the first issue.
