Nudge PR has been appointed as the PR agency for National Afternoon Tea Week, celebrated nationwide between 11-17 August this year.

In the run up to the event, Nudge will be utilising a range of media activity to raise the profile of the week, using a PR strategy which combines a mixture of trade, consumer, online and broadcast press. Integral to the campaign will be Nudge's experience in the luxury food and drink sector.

Founder and director of Nudge PR Kate Johns said: “As an agency we are passionate about the best food and drink the UK has to offer and Afternoon Tea Week is the ultimate celebration of one of our finest foodie traditions. We look forward to raising awareness for what is set to be very important date in the food calendar”.

National Afternoon Tea Week honours this heritage with a week of activities, themed menus and offers in hotels, restaurants and tearooms across the UK.
