Peter Willis appointed deputy editor of the Mirror
The Daily Mirror has announced a series of changes to its senior editorial team.
Associate editor Peter Willis has been appointed deputy editor of the Mirror. Willis has been with the Mirror for 13 years and held a variety of senior executive roles including features editor. He will replace Conor Hanna who leaves at Christmas to take up a senior TV executive position with CNN in the US.
Current night editor, Jonathan Clark will become executive night editor and Chris Eary, the current assistant night editor, will be made night editor.
