Piers Morgan launches First TV for kids

First TV, a follow-up to the national children’s newspaper First News, will go live on 16 July.

The move was announced by Piers Morgan, who is editorial director and co-founder of First News.

The online magazine-style show for young people will feature a mixture of news, entertainment, sport, travel, celebrity interviews, competitions and record breaking attempts. First TV will be edited by First News editor Nicky Cox.

Presenters will include Charlie McDonnell, Emma Pollard and the twin double act Nicola and Fran Gleadall.
