Procera appoints Liberty Comms

Liberty Comms has been appointed by Procera Networks to handle the Mobile World Congress 2013.

Procera has hired the consultancy for the third consecutive year to raise the visibility of its products, services and partner initiatives in the run-up to, and during, the mobile technology conference.

Procera Networks delivers Intelligent Policy Enforcement (IPE) solutions designed for carriers, service providers and high-end enterprises. 

In addition, the GSMA, which represents the interests of mobile operators worldwide, has hired Liberty for the eighth consecutive year to manage its onsite media centre and online portal for press registration.
