Promotion at Time Out London

Time Out London has promoted Mark Elliott to managing director.

Elliott originally joined the magazine in January 2008 as publisher, working closely with its digital division.

Elliott was previously publishing consultant at Emap, where he worked on Heat and Closer. During his time at Brooklands Group, Elliott also helped to launch Popworld and Pulp.
