Jane Howard, former Chairman of Mandate, has joined Quantum Public Relations as a non executive director to help steer the agency’s ambitious growth plans.

One of the few CIPR Chartered Practitioners in the UK, Jane is also a Founding Fellow of the PRCA. She ran her own agency, Republic, with Deborah Lewis which was subsequently bought by Mandate. Following the buy-out Jane became Chairman of Mandate, a role that she filled until last December.
