Redesign for Edge

Future Publishing has announced the complete redesign of Edge, the consumer videogames title. The redesign is supported by the launch of a new website.

The redesign aims to better serve the games development and publishing community as well as high end gamers. The magazine has been completely overhauled, now offering more space for reviews, restyled features, as well as the new Create section which focuses on development. The magazine has also improved paper quality and has new dimensions.

The website has been completely rebuilt to improve usability and better cater for the entire gaming community. News coverage is more up-to-date and in depth. Access to new Game, Design and Business views allows improved filtration of content, and the MyEdge feature allows user customisation of the site for a more personalised experience. The job section of the website has also been upgraded.

The first redesigned issue will be available from the 9th June 2011 priced at £5 and is being exclusively revealed at videogame event E3 in Los Angeles on 7 June 2011. The website launched on 31 May 2011.
